The organisation in charge of policing the advertising content on our airwaves is the Australian Media and Communications Authority. Their telephone number for Queensland is 1300 850 115. Under the circumstances we would recommend you contact them direct and they will be able to take notice of your complaint, and advise what futher action is needed from you, if any, to start a formal process.
