Subject: RE: Spam: Inappropriate advertising

Dear Mr Stephens,

Mr. Swan is out of the office on parliamentary business  and  thanks you for your email  voicing your concerns about the inappropriate advertising on radio in peak driving hours.

Your valid concerns are best voiced through the Australian Advertising Standards Bureau  at  http://www.adstandards.com.au/ .  You will find a section on their website called complain.  Further to this process, you could contact the Australian Communication and Media Authority (ACMA) http://www.acma.gov.au/ to further your complaint.

Thank you for taking the time to write to Wayne Swan MP about your concerns as he is always interested.  Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you would like further assistance.
